Awards in the discipline of Athletics at the IV World Cadet Games

The cadets who won the athletics competitions received their medals in recognition of their effort, discipline and talent.

The awards ceremony took place at the theater of the Military Academy of the Bolivarian National Guard of Venezuela, where the cadets who participated in the athletics competitions were awarded with their medals and gifts alluding to the IV World Cadet Games.

The activity was headed by the Secretary General of the International Council of Military Sport (CISM), Captain of the Navy Roberto Recchia, accompanied by the Coordinator of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, VA Carlos Correa Peñaloza, who were in charge of awarding the medals to the athletes.

The winners of the men’s 5000-meter race, Cadet Kaiser Denis, representing Russia, received the gold medal, followed by Iran’s Safari Amir, who won the silver medal and third place was occupied by Cadet Akhart Muhammad from Pakistan, who won the bronze medal.

The second prize went to the winners of the jumping competition, Cadet Vays Ilia, from Russia, won the first place, winning the gold medal. Second place with the silver medal was occupied by Cadet Héctor Añez Navas, from Venezuela and third place Eduard Akberdin, from Russia, won the bronze medal.

In the men’s 100-meter flat race, Venezuela with Cadet Bastidas Perdomo, won first place, second place was occupied by Cadet from the Russian Federation, Daniil Savenkov, and third place was occupied by Cadet Say Mustafa from the Republic of Türkiye.

In the women’s 100-meter flat race, Venezuelan cadets Cadete Osdalis Heredia Veliz and Aleanny Villanueva Gómez took first and second place, winning the gold and silver medals, followed by China’s representative, Li Jinming, who won the bronze medal.

In the mixed 4X400 relay race, Russia won the gold medal, with Venezuela in second place and China in third place.
