Venezuela ranked second in swimming

Venezuela, as host of the IV World Cadet Games 2024, joined powers such as China and Russia, as well as emerging nations such as Nicaragua and Sri Lanka, in a celebration of aquatic sports that brought together the best swimmers in military sports.

The Bolivarian Republic ranked second in swimming, after four intense days of dedication and competitions in the different styles of the discipline, with a record of 30 medals, 03 gold, 15 silver and 12 bronze.

The highly trained cadets who were selected for their exceptional performance, not only demonstrated their sporting skills, but also participated in cultural and academic activities that fostered mutual understanding.
These World Games are a unique platform that encourages camaraderie, respect, and healthy rivalry among the world’s future military leaders.

The results were overwhelming on the scoreboard, and the first 04 places were as follows:

Federative Republic of Russia with a total of 45 medals.

People’s Republic of China with a total of 25 medals.

Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela with a total of 30 medals.

Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka with a total of 02 medals.

Throughout the day there was highly prepared and qualified national and international technical support for the evaluation of performance in the competition, with state-of-the-art technological equipment.

Military and CISM authorities also attended.

Thus, the swimming contests concluded with an incredible event.
